- Where can I find the ID Plate with Model and Frame Numbers of my vehicle?
The ID plate is generally located on the firewall in the engine compartment or on the center pillar of your car. For trucks it is generally located on the chassis frame.
- Can I return the parts I have paid for?
- Parts cannot be returned nor can be refunded for once having been paid for.
- Are these parts guaranteed?
We do not guarantee our spare parts. All the parts we ship are checked and inspected before dispatch to make sure there in good working condition. In the event that you have problems with the parts, please contact us and we will try to help.
- When will I receive the parts I have ordered?
Having confirmed your payment with our banker we prepare your parts and send them to you. Delivery time by air courier after dispatch is approximately 7 days.
We will provide you with the tracking number to trace your parcel. For items sent by other means, delivery time varies depending on shipping mode.
- Are the parts covered by insurance for damage, loss or theft in shipment?
All our consignment is covered by insurance. Insurance policy compensates for damages, loss or theft in shipment.
- What would you do if the ordered part is not available after I have paid for?
We will do our best to find you an equivalent or a compatible part. .In case this alternative fails we will make a full refund or we will credit your payment for your future purchase with your consent.
- I need a brand new part but for my vehicle but I cannot find it in your stock.
We do source brand new, user or reconditioned parts on special order. To order parts that are not available in stock, please request a quotation from our Spare Parts Team from the link below.
